Step One

Pick Your Location

Lone Star Storage has 3 facilities in Brazoria County. Choose the one closest to your home, office, or wherever you need easy access.

Step Two

Choose Your Unit Size

Not sure how much space you need? Use our size guide to see what fits in each unit. We have everything from small 5×10 to 15×40 units and outdoor parking.


  • When in doubt, go one size up — it's easier to have extra room than to make multiple trips.
  • Prices start at $45/month. Select units have promotional pricing available.

Step Three

Reserve Online

Once you've picked your unit, complete your rental and choose your move-in date. Pay your first month — from your phone, computer, with our friendly staff.


  • Works on any device — phone, tablet, or desktop.
  • Your lease is signed in our office when you pick up your new lock.
  • Payments are processed through Tenant Inc.

Step Four

Move Right In — Same Business Day

After completing your rental agreement, you'll receive your gate access code, free lock, and unit details immediately. Drive up, enter your code, and start loading.

  • Free lock included at every move-in.
  • Gate access available 6:30am to 10:30pm, 7 days a week.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do I need to visit the office to rent a unit?

    Yes, briefly to sign your rental agreement, make payment arrangements, and pick up your free lock.

  • What payment methods are accepted?

    We accept all major credit and debit cards online. You can also set up automatic payments through your tenant portal so you never miss a due date. We also accept cash or checks in our office.

  • Is there a minimum rental period?

    Rentals are month-to-month. There's no long-term commitment required and rent is never prorated. You can move out with 10 days' written notice. 

  • What can I store? What's not allowed?

    You can store furniture, boxes, appliances, tools, and other household goods. Vehicles, RVs, boats, and any items with a fuel tank require prior written consent. You may not store hazardous materials, flammable liquids, perishable food, living things, or illegal items. If you're unsure, call us. 

  • When can I access my unit?

    Gate access is available 6:30am to 10:30pm, 7 days a week. Office hours are Monday–Friday 9 AM–5 PM. 

  • How do I pay my bill after I'm renting?

    Log in to your tenant account at any time to pay online or set up autopay so your monthly payment is handled automatically. You can also call or visit our office to make a payment.

  • What if I need a bigger or smaller unit?

    No problem. Contact us and we'll help you transfer to a different unit size at any of our 3 locations. Subject to availability.
